Eka Pada Pawanmuktasana – (One Legged Wind removing )
Utthita Parivrtta Utkatasana – (Revolved chair with extended arms)
Eka Pada Setu Bandha Sarvaṅgasana – (One legged bridge)
Eka Pada Ardha Pincha Mayurasana – (One legged dolphin)
Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana – (Extended standing hand to toe)
Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana – (Half bound lotus forward bend)
Adho Mukha Vrksasana- (Handstand)
Eka Pada Koundinyasana – (Flying splits)
Eka Pada Urdhva Dhanurasana – (One leg wheel)
